Hello,
I have a question regarding actual parameters for templates.
Inside the BNF part(A.1.6.1.3 Template definitions) of ETSI ES 201 873-1
V4.1.1 (2009-06) I detected that the assignment notation for actual
parameters is missing:
...
157. TemplateActualParList ::= "(" TemplateActualPar {","
TemplateActualPar} ")"
158. TemplateActualPar ::= TemplateInstance | Dash
...

is this intended or is it just missing.

Hi Uwe,

I opened a change request some months ago about this issue (and other
similar inconsistencies). It should be fixed in v4.2.1
