If you want to learn TTCN-3, I suggest you start with the specifications of TTCN-3--ETSI ES 201 873 series; and the book--John_Wiley_And_Sons_An_Introduction_To_Ttcn_3_Jun_2005_Ebook-Ddu.

Using TTCN runner such as Telelogic Tester or TTWorkbench to run Hello
world program maybe helpful.

you may learn using the resources from www.ttcn-3.org/index.php/learn , or just read the standard and/or book and apply e.g. one of the free tools from www.ttcn-3.org/index.php/tools/tools-noncom .
