If you are in the happy position of using Debian GNU/Linux
(www.debian.org/), just type in

$ apt-get install devel-protocols

This command will automatically install some free software
related to ASN.1, MSC, SDL, and TTCN/TTCN-3
(packages.debian.org/unstable/devel/devel-protocols.html).

Hi,

Testing Technologies offers its TTCN-3 compiler TTthree under a
FreeSource license model, i.e. although this is not an open source, all
users of the product get the possibility to download the product's
source code.

For more information on TTthree, please have a look at
www.testingtech.de/products/TTthree/index.html . There you can
also download an evaluation copy.
