Reference (Scope) of the IP Testing group and to discuss initial Work Items. It
will also give us an opportunity to identify interested parties and, if
possible, to produce some form of initial workplan. While we intend to cover
many aspects of IP it will probably be IPv6 which has the initial focus. The
following features are considered important in a process towards IPv6 testing
activity:

> - Transition mechanisms (6to4, 4to6, SIIT/NAT-PT, DSTM, etc)
