For overseas delegates, the registration process is as follows:

1.     To register, please fill the registration form for overseas delegates, and send to t3uc-asia2007@sei.buaa.edu.cn.

      Please send back the filled registration no later than Sep. 25 since week 40 are national holiday(s) in China!

2.     The invitation letter will be emailed as a PDF file to every delegate as soon as the registration form is received.  

3.     The registration fee will be charged via credit card.

4.      If you check the box for the Park Plaza hotel reservation in the registration form, it will be finally re-confirmed by Oct.15, according to the agreement between the hotel and us. 

For Chinese delegates, the registration is as follows:

1.  To register, please fill the registration form for Chinese delegates, and send to t3uc-asia2007@sei.buaa.edu.cn.

2.  Pay the registration fee directly to the Beihang’s Account as given in the registration form.

3.  The Beihang’s Hotel is making re-decoration, and will be ready for use in October. But at present, it does not accept any reservation. If one needs to reserve the hotel, please make the comment in the registration form. We will contact you when it re-open again.

     Please put comments in the registration form in case you need any assistance, e.g., booking a flight. We will try our best to help you.
