You can get a taxi too ETSI from the airport for around €50

- Bus
There is a regular bus that runs from both terminals to Sophia Laffite , costs €1. A schedule can be found here:

Please note there is no direct train service to Sophia Antipolis, however the nearest train station is Antibes, to which you can take the free shuttle bus (number 100) too CERAM and ETSI is a short ten minutes walk from here:
